Working with the wonderful John Carter, he bought my vision to life with a lush and tropical tablescape with a Christmassy vibe. I chose rattan placemats and coral napkins with horn rings to complement the flowers and added personal touches to the walls with Cuban family portraits of my grandparents and ever stylish father!

We enjoyed Cuban dishes of ceviche, tostadas and Cubanos alongside flowing mojitos, a nod to the decadence of 1950s Havana!
