I was impressed by Ewe Studio’s unique golden light sculptures, which were glass blown by local artisans. Fittingly named MAGMA, these pieces are crafted from moulds made from volcanic rock. Close by, AGO Projects features a beautifully curated selection of handmade carpets, colourful stools and vintage ceramics. This adventurous space is a must-see for anyone interested in design. Walking around the City’s popular Roma and Condesa neighbourhoods, I was inspired by precolonial art and playful upholstery pieces at Chic by Accident, Originatio and Trouve.
